Questions answered
Clarity is part of the standard.
Straightforward answers about eligibility, privacy, applications, and professional expectations.
Do I have to be 18 to apply?+
Yes. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. If identity verification is later required, we will provide a separate secure process. Do not upload an ID through the public application.
Does Top Notch represent talent?+
No. Top Notch operates as a producer-paid casting service. We may recruit, review, audition, and shortlist applicants, but producers make final selections and contract with and pay performers directly.
Does applying guarantee work?+
No. An application allows us to review potential fit. It does not guarantee selection, representation, compensation, or any particular opportunity.
Is my application public?+
No. Applications and uploaded media are intended for private review by authorized administrators. They are not public talent profiles.
Do I have to accept an opportunity?+
No. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept work. Project scope, boundaries, compensation, and requirements must be agreed separately with the producer.
Can I upload an ID or STI record?+
Not through the public application. If verification is genuinely required later, we will provide a separate secure request, explain the purpose and retention period, and obtain any required consent.
What should producers include?+
Provide a clear company or production name, project type, location, dates, role requirements, compensation structure, expected deliverables, and relevant safety information.
Can I request deletion of my information?+
Yes. Email info@topnotchcasting.com using the address associated with your submission. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
