Separate health-data notice

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

A dedicated notice governing limited health and STI-testing information.

Effective July 21, 2026. Last updated July 21, 2026.

This policy contains only consumer-health disclosures. For other personal information, read our general Privacy Policy.

Data covered

Only when relevant to a specific casting opportunity or safety protocol—and only after any required consent—we may collect STI-testing status, test date, expiration date or limited documentation; health-related clearance or accommodation information; and information that identifies you in connection with that data. We do not currently collect health data through the public application.

Sources

Consumer health data may come directly from you, from a testing or verification provider at your direction, from an authorized representative, or from a producer or project safety representative only when you authorize the disclosure or law otherwise permits it.

Purposes

We may use consumer health data only to administer a disclosed safety requirement for a specific opportunity, verify current status or eligibility requested as part of casting consideration, accommodate a safety request, communicate about that requirement, retain a limited verification record, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims. We do not use it for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary information with private cloud database or storage processors, verification providers you authorize, legal or security advisers subject to confidentiality, a legitimate producer or designated project safety representative with separate consent when required, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell consumer health data.

Consent and withdrawal

Before collection, we will clearly identify the data requested, purpose, intended uses, recipient categories, retention period, and withdrawal method unless collection is strictly necessary to provide a health-related service you requested and law permits it. Consent to share will be separate from consent to collect when required. Withdraw future consent by emailing info@topnotchcasting.com with the subject “Withdraw Health Data Consent.”

Your rights

Subject to identity verification and applicable law, you may confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it; obtain a list of third parties and affiliates receiving it; withdraw consent; and request deletion, including qualifying copies held by processors, contractors, archives, and backups.

Requests and appeals

Email info@topnotchcasting.com with the subject “Consumer Health Data Request.” We may request limited information to authenticate you. If a request is denied, reply with the subject “Consumer Health Data Appeal” and explain the basis for reconsideration. We will respond within the legally required period.

Retention

We minimize raw records. Unless law, a separate agreement, a documented safety matter, or a legal hold requires otherwise, raw medical or STI documents are targeted for deletion within 30 days after the relevant determination; a limited verification status, date, and expiration may remain for the applicable project and required recordkeeping period; and routine backups are targeted for deletion or isolation within 90 additional days.

Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of health data, including private storage, encrypted transmission, limited administrative access, expiring file links, and processor restrictions. No safeguard eliminates every risk.

Changes and contact

We will not materially expand collection, use, or sharing of previously collected consumer health data without consent when required. Questions and requests may be sent to Top Notch Casting LLC at info@topnotchcasting.com.
